Why i bought Miero?

MAIN REASON : It contains NAG.

Yes, you might be wondering what is NAG. Here is the reasearch i have found:

N-Acetyl-Glucosamine: What does it do?

N-acetyl-glucosamine (NAG) is a form of glucosamine, one of the building blocks of joint tissue and other connective tissues. NAG differs from glucosamine sulfate and glucosamine hydrochloride; instead of a sulfur or chloride molecule, NAG has a larger, more complex molecule attached to it. As a result, NAG is an entirely different molecule than either glucosamine sulfate or hydrochloride, and it also appears to be handled by the body differently.

Over the years, numerous researchers have repeatedly demonstrated in animal and test tube studies that NAG is inferior to other forms of glucosamine in terms of absorption and utilization.1 2 3 4 5 6 7 However, an animal study demonstrated that NAG was able to enhance the manufacture of cartilage in damaged joints.8 A recent human study compared the absorption of NAG to a long chain of NAG molecules (POLY-Nag).9 Results showed that orally ingested NAG and POLY-Nag are absorbed and increase the blood levels of NAG, with both forms yielding similar results. In addition, there was some conversion of both molecules to glucosamine. However, the degree of conversion still resulted in lower levels of blood glucosamine levels compared to glucosamine sulfate and glucosamine hydrochloride, which are both absorbed extremely well.10 11 Furthermore, unlike glucosamine sulfate, there have been no human clinical studies utilizing NAG to treat arthritis or other health problems.

Where is N-Acetyl-Glucosamine found?
NAG is available primarily in tablets and capsules.
Who is likely to be deficient of N-Acetyl-Glucosamine?
As NAG is not an essential nutrient, no deficiency states have been reported.
How much N-Acetyl-Glucosamine is usually taken?
Most manufacturers recommend supplementation with 1,500 mg daily.
Are there any side effects or interactions with N-Acetyl-Glucosamine?

No significant side effects or interactions have yet been reported in studies on NAG.

At the time of writing, there were no well-known drug interactions with N-acetyl-glucosamine.

Medical uses

It has been proposed as a treatment for autoimmune diseases.

Autoimmunity is the failure of an organism to recognize its own constituent parts as self, which allows an immune response against its own cells and tissues. Any disease that results from such an aberrant immune response is termed an autoimmune disease. Prominent examples include Coeliac disease, diabetes mellitus type 1 (IDDM), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), Sjögren’s syndrome, Churg-Strauss Syndrome, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Graves’ disease, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, and rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

Discovery Race

Well, yea. I participated in the Discovery Race.

Yesterday was the 2nd day for the qualifying round.

Together with allon we raced throughout the apple stores.

Actaully, there were only four stations.

Every team had a different route. Which, i think was unfair, as we were all competing for the fastest time. And every route is different : resulting in difference in running time + travelling time. (Each team consisted of 2 members)

So… yea. It was fun. We recee on saturday, which was the first day of the qualifying round.

haha. who knows, at one of the station, a team approached us, to help them solve their task. (some MCQ question)

Yesterday was our turn, JUST LUCKY. , that was our first station too. Solved it in less than 5mins!

Advance.

Overall, our route was: FUNAN–> Suntec –> Orchard Central –> IMM –> FUNAN.

@ Various stores we performed various taks. Well, IT WAS A PIECE OF CAKE! haha!

Like they give pics of the product and you name it. Got a retarded wrong mistake for iphone 3G as it was 3Gs.

+ Trying the new ipod nano’s new feature: record a 2mins news video clip abt discovery race.

Well, this is life. I guess.

Everyone is only entitled to one life; “A” “LIFE-EXPERIENCE”

Once its gone, its gone.

I guess, we just live the best that we can be.

Go after your dream. Do what you want to do. Accomplish you dreams.

Thats all you got. Life is short and time just passes so fast.

Regardless of who you are, who knows, even i might not know if i might be living tomorrow.

Change whoever you are now, for, before its too late.

Become a nicer person, kind, generous or happy.

I don’t know why am i posting all this.

DO ANYTHING, BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE.

But thats just a thought going through my head.
